Empty Nest: Terrific Tuesday

Happy Fat Tuesday....What're you going to give up for Lent? It has to be something you like, a lot. It has to be a struggle to get away from it. I've given it much thought and decided to give up s*x. It's a long six weeks but in my effort to give up something in honor or Lent I'm going to give it my absolute best effort. How about you? We have to begin in the morning. I'm for sure going to have to pray on this for it will be so difficult.
Did you watch Heroes last night? I did right until about 7 minutes left and then fell asleep. Guess what I'm going to do tonight..as soon as I get home. Geeze. Jericho comes back this Wednesday. Don't forget that folks. It looks interesting
Lady Vols won last night...What does that mean, you ask.? It means they have clinched the SEC east title, (at least). At least we can always count on that team being respectable and good. Go Lady Vols, and Pat...
Ok, I have to go to work. I'm going to have to dwell seriously on the giving up for Lent issue. This will require some serious mental work. Oh yeah, and if you believe this, I have some beachfront property in Az you might take an interest in. Giving up something you haven't had in years is sooo easy. Good luck, and Happy Lent.
