Sometimes I absolutly think I'm nuts. I watched a basketball game last night. Yep, basketball and totally enjoyed it. Nopey, it wasn't a local team or anything it was the Cleveland/Detroit game. I decided I needed to see Lebron James play if he's going to be as good as the "talking heads" say, and he lived up to it. I really enjoyed watching that game, it was close and good. Now, in order to keep me watching they (Cleveland) will have to beat Detroit. The series is tied at 2-2 which no one expected. Oh yeah, and there wasn't much on TV last night either. Let's say if the game is on Wed night against Amazing Race........It'll be Amazing Race.
On another Sporting subject. I am a Cubs fan, and have been forever. I still am but I can not watch them any more. They're worse than sucking bad. They aren't trying at all the manager can't do anything about it and they haven't done anything about that. As a matter of fact they even gave the dude who getes players etc an extension. They seem to intentionally field a lousy team. grrrrr. So, besides the fact that the football season can not get hear early enough, I am now going to root for the Mets. At least they're trying. I won't root against them if they're playing the Cubs or Braves but I will in every other game. Aren't you just thrilled with that proclamation? I knew you all would be waiting to see exactly what I was going to do about that...phew
TV...I did watch Apprentice last night. And I really think the Donald fired the wrong person. I don't know if she should ever win but I don't think she should have been canned last night. I hate to sound sexist but from what I've seen, which would be every episode, either one of the men would be a far better choice than the women. But, as usual, I really don't give a rats a** who the hell wins. I like "Top Chef" much better than the Donald's show.
Later
Oh, no. I could never root for the Mets. NY team, you know. Stick with the Braves, Molly.
