I need your advice. I have never seen the TV show "24"...Never seen one episode...Should I start now? with this new season or have I missed too much...? Let me know, while you're delurking or just visiting. Is it too long? Go on forever? mmmmm...

Well, we have watched every single episode of every season, from the very beginning, so I am not one to say how hard it would be to pick it up. But I think you could start with this new season this weekend, and probably have no trouble following the plotlines and characters. Renting the previous seasons would be good, but I think you could start with this one and not be lost. Each season has a different storyline anyway, and they are not necessarily tied to the past ones. It helps, but I don't think it's necessary to have seen the entire previous seasons.
Enjoy the blog, love that you post every day, and about lots of TV and sports :)
Okay - you know I lurk here everyday - I always tell you that - but I HAD to speak up about this one - I LOVE LOVE LOVE 24. The only thing you need to know? Is that Jack is a hero and he saves the day - always. But at the end of last year he had to do it in a kinda illegal way - so they faked his death, and even the former president was in on it. That's all you need to know - and if you have any questions - you can always ask me. Oh - and Season 1 was AWESOME but last years? Was even better...2 and 3 were okay.
During season 1 I did not miss an episode. After a few shows of season 2 I quit watching it because it was too predictable. I haven't watched it since then.

Go rent the DVD's and spend a weekend catching up. It's all nonstop action. And Keifer Sutherland is great!
