Well, guess what I did yesterday? I needed some groceries and so off to Walmart I went..Actually it wasn't bad at all as far as crowds go. If the parking lot had been very full I'd have gone to a regular grocery store..
So...as I'm walking up the "meat" aisle I find a bin full of fresh Turkey breasts. Get where I'm going here? Within a few hours my little apartment smelled like Thanksgiving. An aroma I absolutely love. It felt so cozy in here and smelled so darn good. I turned on all of the Christmas lights, lit all of the Christmas candles and Maxi and I ate Turkey, potatoes stuffing and rolls. OMG it was so nice.
I then watched "Survivor" and "Criminal Minds" (does anyone watch that show, it is WONDERFUL). and half of "Numbers" I'll finish it up today sometime.
Then Maxi and I slept until 9 am and I had to wake him up and he's sound asleep again in the couch. He had so much fun at Zoots but as usual he sleeps for days after visiting the Zoots, or Xzhibits visit, Zoots visit etc. He never sleeps if we have company.
I'm not going to do a darn thing today that I don't want to. I'm kinda tired like Maxi..We will both probably be couch potatoes..
I know that I can put on the UT/Kentucky game today and fall asleep. Its meaningless...UT, for the first time in many years, will not play in a bowl game..grrrrrr
They'll probably lose today...
I spent yesterday rockin' to holiday tunes. Today, I start decorating. My new puppy, Annie, loved all of the guests I had and is sleeping away the weekend.
Glad you had a great Thanksgiving!

Such a cute picture.
I'm almost done with all the turkey left overs abd such. Tomorrow it's back on our diets so we don't weigh 1000 pounds by Christmas!LOL

Babies rule! Don't get her hooked on UT football yet. She might like a good team, like Alabama.
